As IT Help Desk your responsibilities is :
Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Handle customer technical concerns with courtesy and promptness
- • Resolve complex technical issues for consumers by communicating with vendor and senior manager
- • Develop HTML based site on demand
- • Help monitoring server log (AWS server log).
- • Active English is Mandatory, Proficiency in Korean would be an advantage
- • Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- • Candidate must have an excellent communication skill, good interpersonal skill, good attitude and integrity
- • Experienced (or at least familiar) with PostgreSQL
- • Familiar with AWS server environment would be an advantage.
