IT HELP DESK

As IT Help Desk your responsibilities is :
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Handle customer technical concerns with courtesy and promptness
  • • Resolve complex technical issues for consumers by communicating with vendor and senior manager
  • • Develop HTML based site on demand
  • • Help monitoring server log (AWS server log).

Requirement:

 

  • • Active English is Mandatory, Proficiency in Korean would be an advantage
  • • Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • • Candidate must have an excellent communication skill, good interpersonal skill, good attitude and integrity
  • • Experienced in developing web page using HTML & JavaScript
  • • Experienced (or at least familiar) with PostgreSQL
  • • Familiar with AWS server environment would be an advantage.
  •

  • • Placement in Jakarta

  • • Large and comfortable workspace

  • • Have the opportunity to grow through existing projects and work.
